feat: migrator support table comment (#6225)

* feat: migrator support table comment

* feat: migrator support tableType.It like ColumnTypes

* Avoid updating the go.mod file.

* Update tests_all.sh

* Update migrator.go

* remove Catalog() & Engine() methods.

* remove CatalogValue & EngineValue.
