docs: Replace @lbracechar{} and @rbracechar{} with @{ and @}

Browse Source 
Support for @lbracechar{} and @rbracechar{} was added in GNU Texinfo 5.0
but many older systems may have versions lower than this. Use @{ and @}
to support a wider range of GNU Texinfo versions.
