Use GRUB_TERM_DEFAULT_STANDARD_COLOR. (grub_console_output): Use GRUB_TERM_DEFAULT_NORMAL_COLOR. Use GRUB_TERM_DEFAULT_HIGHLIGHT_COLOR.
