Daniel Kiper 5658f35af9 lib/relocator: Enforce GRUB_RELOCATOR_FIRMWARE_REQUESTS_QUANT divisibility by 8 
Most of leftover code blindly assumes GRUB_RELOCATOR_FIRMWARE_REQUESTS_QUANT
divisibility by 8. So, enforce this at compile time.
