Colin Watson 75831c3419 * Makefile.util.def (grub-install): Use util/grub-install.in on all 
platforms.
	* util/grub-install.in: Add EFI and IEEE1275 support.
	* util/i386/efi/grub-install.in: Removed.
	* util/ieee1275/grub-install.in: Likewise.
