Glenn Washburn b34cb38795 cryptodisk: Add macros GRUB_TYPE_U_MAX/MIN(type) to replace literals 
Add GRUB_TYPE_U_MAX/MIN(type) macros to get the max/min values for an
unsigned number with size of type.
