* conf/i386-efi.rmk: Likewise.
* conf/i386-linuxbios.rmk: Likewise.
* conf/i386-ieee1275.rmk: Likewise.
* conf/powerpc-ieee1275.rmk: Likewise.
(grub_emu_SOURCES): Remove duplicated `kern/file.c'.
